What IranCounsel Is

IranCounsel is a legal access platform. We connect international clients with vetted legal professionals in Iran through a transparent, internationally oriented experience. IranCounsel is not a law firm and does not itself provide legal advice. Legal advice is provided by independent, qualified legal professionals you engage through the platform.

Consultations

Standard consultations are 45 minutes at a fee of $100. No payment is taken at the time of booking; you will receive an invoice once your session is confirmed, processed via [CONFIRM: NAME OF PAYMENT PROCESSOR / INVOICING PROVIDER]. Government fees, translation, notarization, legalization/apostille, courier/shipping, and similar third-party costs are separate unless explicitly included in your scope.

No Guarantee of Outcome

Legal outcomes depend on facts, evidence, counterparties, and decision-makers. We focus on process quality, transparency, and professional standards, not promises. We do not guarantee any particular outcome from a consultation or engagement.

Scope and Limitations

Representation before Iranian authorities or in court depends on the matter type and the professional’s authorization, and will be defined in the engagement scope where applicable. IranCounsel focuses on legal access to Iran; matters primarily governed by another country’s jurisdiction may fall outside our scope. Some sanctions- or compliance-sensitive matters may be restricted; we will be transparent if we cannot proceed.
