4. Independent Professional Responsibility

Each Lawyer on the Platform practices independently and is solely responsible for the legal advice, analysis, and services they provide. IranCounsel does not review, supervise, or guarantee the substance of any consultation or advice given by a Lawyer.

Nothing on the Platform, including any lawyer profile, description, or marketing content, guarantees a specific legal outcome, result, or timeline for your matter.

Where the Platform is in a demonstration or early-launch stage, any profile, review, or example clearly marked “Illustrative Profile — Platform Preview” or similar is provided for demonstration purposes only and does not represent a verified track record unless stated otherwise.

IranCounsel may update this Disclaimer from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Disclaimer.
